Prologis is building a new park in Cajamar/SP, the Prologis Cajamar 31. The park will have approximately 40,000 square meters built divided into two high-quality warehouses and this area will be added to the company's current portfolio of 1.3 million square meters in the country.
The new project was born as a result of the success of other modern Prologis warehouses and logistic facilities in the region, which are in high demand. “Our developments are focused on offering a strategic location and high quality for our customers. As a result, we have 100% of our spaces leased and we see that there is still a good demand for new warehouses”, explains Armando Armando Fregoso, Prologis Country Manager in Brazil.
With a privileged location, at KM 31 of the Anhanguera highway, Prologis Cajamar 31 has easy access to the metropolitan region of São Paulo, Viracopos airport, Rodoanel Mario Covas – which provides a connection with the port of Santos/SP – and the interior of the State. It also has a specific space for an administrative area, an armored entrance, a floor with a capacity of 5 ton/m², a large maneuvering yard, a ceiling height of 12 meters and LED lighting.
